Terrapin Club dues renewal deadline tonight at midnight

two questions
1) the site not working for anyone else? i can't seem to login. i've had the same login for 5 years. won't let me login, and doesn't acknowledge that my email address is even in the system.
2) what is a good email address to send my reasoning for not renewing tickets and lowering my donation? don't want to get into an argument about it here, but for various reasons I'd at least like to express my disapproval. thanks

I had the same issue, but emailed terptix@umd.edu and they promptly provided me with my PIN so that I could link my TC membership to the terp tix account.

i live in southern maryland, its a little far. i went to the one in prince frederick 3 (i believe) years ago, and won field passes to the rainy-ass terps/uva homecoming game. the product on the field is only part of my reason for not getting tickets. i've struggled to make games the last few years as kids activities pile up, edsall was sort of the last straw. as a lower level twentysomething donor, i've expressed my frustration with the TC here before.

I don't recall having to do it before. It seemed kind of odd that they don't have my email on file since they ... you know... emailed me to remind me that I needed to renew before midnight.

Me too. I'm not sure I would have noticed the email if I didn't see this thread. Not that big of a deal to me anyway since I don't get tix.

benefits lapse. consecutive years of giving will lapse as well for your TC point calc

I didn't get the email for some reason, so thanks to the OP otherwise I may have missed it.
Did they explain why the bump up to June 1? Or maybe G$ can shed some light?

I accidentally didn't donate one year and then made it up the next year, it doesn't seem to have impacted me.

technically it's the rule, but yeah they aren't going to penalize you (I don't think) if you missed the deadline.
The school's fiscal year-end is June 30. In order to better plan for the upcoming year and to know what the scholarship deficit will be they need the final results by June 1.

Count me in as someone who thought it was June 30. I'd probably know this except I ignore all TC mail/email because I get so much of it. Stupid.

Did they not send out as many reminders as normal? Had one about renewing early or something, but always waited in the past and responded when I got the last reminder? Guess cutting back on the reminders is a way of saving money?
