Terps Kansas game on now-masn classics

watching blake, dixon, and nicholas is a reminder how important good guard play is in general, but magnified in big games when things get tight.
also wilcox was sucha difference maker. unmatched athletically in college at that time.

the quality of the tv feed is very noticeable.
Blake was so good, you forget about it and its even more noticable compared to our current stable of mess

Yeah, I remember them falling behind 13-2 and then basically outscoring them by 31 but I've blocked the end of this game from my memory

you mean you dont like turgeon's explosive offense.
I have to say I was ready for gary to play golf full time. he had reached his limit with his ability to deal with the current climate in recruiting and I respect that. But he is such a better game coach than turgeon that its a joke. turgeon has such little feel for substitutions and you can just notice the difference when watching gary masterfully rotating players into that game.

The best part of this game is when were on a run extending the lead, then Gary goes to his bench and brings Juan and Wilcox back into the game. How fucking demoralizing must that be.

Missed watching but I watch the highlights on YouTabe every now and then.
Tahj had a great game -- my favorite play was that tip-in. Just out worked the KU bigs.

It does make sense that soon after this game, Drew grew his Marcellus Wallace-bandaid patch, to cover up the soul extraction point.

We brought a 6-10 guy off the bench who shot over 42 percent from three that year. How awesome is that.
