Not to nitpick but RE didn't run off O'Brien and Garcia, RE (and I'm sure Brattan) seemed to have tried really hard to keep Garcia but he has been wanting to leave for a while (if he was homesick and wanted to get back closer to his parents than it's hard to fault him). I'm sure the coaching staff wanted O'Brien to stay but as others have mentioned, he saw the writing on the wall that Brown will practically be a lock to start the season (winter workouts, spring workouts, no injury to slow Brown) and he'd have an uphill battle unlike his FR and Soph years. There were games last season (GT & Clemson) where Brown was carrying the team which I can't say about O'Brien (Actually ended the rally against WVA which the defense and DJ played a huge role in).

All this and we still haven't touched the part of the QB, who was a captain and face of the team last year, didn't want to deal with adversity after one season.

Btw, we are Terp fans who love the school & program etc. but at the same time some here may have dislike(hate?) for RE or KA which is fine b/c that's being passionate and wanting success. BUT, how the FU@K can you cheer for another 2-10 season or for the team to fail?! I don't understand how anyone can justify that reasoning
