I'm sure we all agree that he shouldn't play many minutes but that 3 possession stretch where he had 2 assists and a nice drive was awesome. Hopefully this can help build his confidence. Anything, no matter how little, from Pe'Shon is big.
Confidence built or no, w/o that stretch and Layman's two hot stretches we would have been in deep trouble.
It's so sad that we have multiple players in our rotation who we have to have threads started for when they dont completely shit the bed for one game out of the year.
I started drinking KG again tonight
Really wish that were true. But that 30-second stretch does not a season make.
I won't count on this giving Pe' any sort of confidence, but those were two very big buckets.
Congrats to Pe for playing well for a 3 possession stretch tonight. Glad Turge still had the sense to keep him on the bench during crunch time. At this point we've seen enough of him to know that his minutes should be limited.
Yep. That said, useful minutes at the PG spot for us (limited or not) would be pretty valuable.
[Chris Rock]Scholarship players at Maryland are SUPPOSED to have 3 good possessions in a row, you low expectations having motherfucker. What you want, a cookie?! [/Chris Rock]
2 good possessions out of 100!
I'm sure Peshon is enjoying his bag of orange slices after the game!
Guys...college kids...let's chill a bit.
Nobody is saying Peshon was a hero, but he did contribute today.
Nothing would be better for this team than Peshon refinding his game. He did play well tonight in his time.
