the best 3 point shooter ever to wear a Maryland uniform? Thus far, I suspect that he is. He is currently ranked as the 4th best long ball shooter in the NCAA at 56%. (He is 1 of only 2 guys in the top 10 from a high major.)
Yesterday in his post game presser, coach T stated that the Good Guys are really hard to zone against. Props to coach T for getting Logan at Maryland. (I LOVE how this staff covets shooters.) Props to Logan for being a beast. I love what this kid does.
You never saw Brian Magid. Of course, there was no 3-point line back then.
Juan Dixon was pretty damn good beyond the arc. As was Sarunas.
I think I once saw Brian Watkins put up a three. That wasn't so pretty.
Gatlin was pretty money his senior year.
yesterday i was in a debate with someone trying to say eric hayes was as good a shooter as aronhalt his senior year. no f'in way
also i went to a bball camp where brian magid was always the guest speaker. dude never missed
Love this guy. He had a nice game yesterday aside from the threes. But the three thing is insane. He doesnt miss. Eric hayes and mike jones were pretty good.
I'm getting old. Every time I read one of your posts, I'm like when the hell did I post this?
Senior Hayes was deadly.
Hayes was better than him, and he was here like three years ago.
Magid is a name frequently mentioned as the GOAT. I'm sure he was excellent; however, he played ~40 years ago in a different era. Logan is shooting 56% from deep when every team we have played knows what he is going to do. 56% is an absolutely ridiculous shooting percentage from anywhere on the court.
Now that we are entering league play, I suspect Logan's percentage will drop. I'd be pleased if he could stay above 42% and ecstatic if he could stay above 50%.
Eric Hayes was really good his senior year. I'm interested to see if Aronhalt's numbers stay where they are with an increased sample size and better competition.

Percentages will favor Logan only because Hayes played more minutes. Either way, they both are very very good shooters.
Senior hayes was very good, but i feel like he had to be wide open to get his shot off. also aronhalt has more range than him. hayes also had senior gv setting him up, another thing to keep in mind
What was college bball thinking back in the day with no dunking, no 3 pt shots and no freshmen eligibility?
Hayes and Jones were great. For my money, Jones had the best range of anyone in the GW era.
I went back and looked at the espn stats. Logan is 1 for 10 on 2 point attempts. However, his adjusted percentage (whatever that is) is 71%. Wow.
at the point where I expect every 3 he throws up to go in
Good call on Drew. I saw Steve Rivers light up the first 3 point line at Cole one night. He never got a lot of run though.
Senior hayes was 45% with 141 attempts.
Nicholas can shoot to like 35ft lol. That was a Gary coup, when the Long Island tree was ripe w/Mike Grinnon fruit
The original basketball, message board, superhero.
Still bringing it strong.
in their 4 year careers Hayes made 196 of 484 for 40.5% and Logan made 169 of 479 for 35.5%. Each year Eric had a slightly better %.This years stat represent only 10% of the fields----but by being selective, its possible Logan will maintain a higher %. Dont forget we were concerned earlier that he was coming off a serious injury last year.
