Altman can coach, now he has a few bullets. Jon Loyd & Brown is a really good back court. Loyd was the steal of the spring last year, imo
The original basketball, message board, superhero.
I'm not sure he stagnated at Creighton, as they are probably favored in the MVC this year, but I will say the Omaha natives were pretty sick of JUCOs and transfers. FWIW, the new Creighton rc is a good buddy of mine, and he's long said to beware of Skeeters when it comes to Faust. He's one of the few people I consistently talk to that thinks Faust is still open.
According to sources, all signs point to wing D'Angelo Harrison choosing St. John's tomorrow. Canceled visit to Marquette this weekend.
That would be another good pick up for st johns..lavin can really recruit
Lavin is killing it.
"I like fixing broken things" - Kevin Plank
In the course of five days, coach Steve Lavin and St. John's has added two ESPNU 100 prospects and vaulted the program to No. 5 in the class rankings. The latest addition, SF Dom Pointer (Roseville, Mich./Quality Education Academy), committed Monday to the Red Storm over in-state Michigan and West Virginia.
The No. 53-ranked player in the 2011 class plays with tremendous confidence, energy and is arguably the best defender in the class.

At least he cant get in faust's ear when he visits nova this weekend :shrug
When I think back and remember that I was delusional enough to think we had a shot at Cook, I get embarrassed .

We had no shot at Cook no matter where he played school. He is very close to Nolan Smith. Oak hill and then Duke. He is trying to be Nolan Smith II.
Thornton might never see any minutes.
Duke is recruiting serious talent. Coach K has learned his lesson. K will also recruit over any player including Cook. When you get to Durham and don't like it, then tough sh&$ and transfer.
Thats why it would be so sick if md could be really good in the next few years because it be like back in the late 90's-early 2000s when md and duke were two of the best teams in the country and the matchups between us were crazy. The rivalry was a lot better back then too
Quincy Miller, Deuce Bello and LeBryan Nash are all announcing at 5 on espnu where they are going. Miller's suppose4d to be a done deal to Baylor and Bello was always thought of to have followed him wherever he went. I'm thinking Nash is gonna pick them too over Oklahoma state. why else would he do it at the same time as them.
How has Baylor turned into a recruiting powerhouse all of a sudden?
USF picked up a commitment from some 7-3 kid today. I think that might knock them out of the Lewis race or at least hurt their chances a bunch.
