My friend that used to work for DCA told me when Dalonte was the coach he would just let his players play. I don't know that he has much X and O's experience. Turgeon often credits Spinelli for the game plan though.

If his comment was based on his style as an AAU coach, then that is both very outdated and pretty useless since that's basically what AAU ball is about.

I've read a lot of things that indicate that Dalonte is pretty underrated on the actual coaching side.
