Grad asst sees Sandusky sexually assault 10 year old boy in shower in locker room. Tells Paterno. Paterno reports to AD and another admin. They do nothing. Paterno does nothing. AD and other admin perjure themselves to cover it up.

A Grad assistant walked into the Penn St. locker room at night in 2002 and saw Sandusky in the shower with a 10-year-old. He reported it to JoePa. JoePa reported it to the AD. The AD did nothing and never reported it to authorities.

The AD is now being charged with perjury for testifying he was never notified about the incident. There is also more, apparently they have found incidents going back to 1994.

Uh, yeah, JoePa is probably coaching his last handful of college football games.

He did not see the act, he was only going off the words of a grad. assistant who also spoke directly with Curley and Schulz. If they both said everything was taken care of, and Paterno never saw the act, what else was he supposed to do?"

"If Paterno didn't witness it personally what more should he do? He’s not a law enforcement professional who has expertise in dealing with these situations."

JoePa could have easily gone to the cops, you have to imagine he's done. There are some controversies legends can get past, but I don't think something involving a child molester is one.

If Jerry Sandusky wants to show your kid "Happy Valley," you politely decline.

Paterno should hang

Joe Paterno is shitting his pants right now.

And he also has to be worried about this whole story.

Paterno continued to let Sandusky have access to the program. That's disgusting. So is the fact that a bunch of people knew about about the problem and no one, NO ONE, called the police. I don't understand how that happens.

I'm actually speechless

This is really disturbing stuff. Pretty sickening that adults can hear about these kind of things, then do nothing to assure that the proper authorities deal with it and that no children ever are alone with this criminal. Very sad how self-preservation outweighs doing the right thing in many cases.
