It's unfair to ask him to keep up the .396 he put up in his half year in 09, but his 545 ABs over three years in Pittsburgh he put up .359 .345 and .351. His "volatile personality" is way overstated. He wore out his welcome with the fans last year and he got off to a bad start in the spring (but ended up having a better spring than both Ankiel and Bernadina!). That sealed his ticket out of town.

just look @ his numbers there last year, he was good at two spot. but like i said werth is better.
