I want this separate from the other one since it will be a long running thread and it needs to stand alone. I was going to start this tonight anyway. lets talk about changes or suggestions we can give to C4E about this year's league.
1. OBP in, AVG out
2. I want Jay IN and some of the guys who make no moves OUT

If you are going to do a # of moves cap, make it a weekly one and not a yearly one.

I never congratulated Bob on his championship last year.
The guy put in ~9 hrs of work into that team everyday and as soon as he won the title we moved to 247. Everyone was too busy spazzing out over the move to even remember Bob was in the championship game.
MAGIC doin work, even in fantasy. Congrats, Bob!

6x6- yes
OBP- yes
weekly moves limit- yes
holds- have no problem as a 6th category. Gives more value to more players.
Also not opposed to expanding the # of teams in the league.

yea, I am not a fan of Holds at all. I would prefer if we have a category that penalizes for a pitcher Loss.
and I wish we could somehow find a way to disallow a reliever "win" after blowing a "save" when his team wins it in the bottom, I know that will never happen but having a team get 2 or 3 garbage wins from a closer is so awful

I'd definitely be in for a penalty for blown save, that's a lot more relevant than a hold.

I like giving value to middle relief, which is why I don't mind holds.
I'd be for net stolen bases to penalize for guys who get caught 20 times.

What? that's stupid. Fantasy baseball isn't about having the best players, its about getting the guys who put up the best stats. No reason to ruin it with garbage like that. If you want to just make it about the best players then we can get rid of RBI and Runs as well.

What's stupid? NSB? Really?
In football, there are penalties for fumbles, INTs, etc. I don't see why there shouldn't/couldn't be penalties for CS.
I mean, I'm fine either way. But it certainly isn't stupid to throw it out there.

who was it that C4E said he was throwing out of the league for inactivity? was it Frosh?
I thought I remembered him saying that toward the end of the year

bob you are dumb as shit. how many times last year did I try and workout a deal with you? at least once a week. two years ago we had a monster trade involving Pujols and Arod IIRC.
Also, I'm not going to make moves just to make them. If I'm content with my roster then I'm content. I drafted poorly last year and paid dearly. No amount of transactions involving Travis Hafner and Yunel Escobar were going to change that.
Also, as a previous league champion, I feel it necessary to tell you to eat my dick until you earn a spot at the adult table.

I had the best team 2 years ago. That loss in the playoffs was pretty frustrating. Missed the draft last year :(
