I really still can't believe this is happening. I'm not much of a crier, but after reading that Buck anecdote and reflecting on this season and the past 14 years, I kind of want to shed a tear or two.

I guess there's really not much else we could hope for out of Boston other than Buchholz, Lester and Dice-K (although Dice-K is obviously terrible, he's not Aaron Cook or Zach Stewart)/

They owe us so big. They should obv fight hard until they're 100% done, but as soon as they lose or the A's win, they had better roll over for us.

And considering how much Maddon praised the '11 O's for having the integrity to play hard until the final game, I doubt he'll accept much less than 100 percent from his guys. Although they were pretty much fighting each other in the dugout a week or two ago, so maybe they'll roll over on their own.

It's definitely worth reiterating that anything can happen now that we're in. Just look at STL last season -- they barely got in last season, helped in large part by a huge collapse from the Braves. BUCKLE UP, BITCHES.
