I'd take 4-5 on this trip if you offered it to me. I wouldn't even think twice. If we hit like we have the last 2 games we could go like 2-7.

Let's not forget, the team you see tonight is not necessarily the team you will go to war with the rest of the season. I like this team right now, but Britton and Lindstrom and Reimold will make a big difference. Then there's Roberts, who I'm taking a "I'll believe it when I see it" stance on. This team is going to contend for the long haul, I truly believe this. I don't think they're winning the WS and I'm not sold on them making the playoffs, but I don't see an epic collapse.

I think it's funny that we are now at the point where the national media is on board, but the local fanbase is pressing the panic button. The exact opposite of where things stood a month ago.

10-10 during Wieters struggles at the plate. If he gets back on track, it would obviously help a lot. Would be nice to have the Reynolds from last year, too.

Agreed. I still think his eye is pretty decent, but he loves the high fastball and I think pitchers are taking advantage of that. Hopefully he can get straightened out.

If not, I could see them going back to a platoon of Chavez/Flaherty/Betemit in LF now that Reynolds is healthy.

Chavez will be activated from DL tomorrow. Move won't be announced until after the game. Could be Avery, but I think Tolleson is a likely candidate also.
