You guys need to lay off Harbs. I find his flaws as frustrating as anyone, but he's not to blame here. Loyalty is very important at that level. I love the fact Harbs creates a very fan friendly atmosphere, its like rooting for a college team. He always talks about the fans and city. I wanted Cam but ultimately that decision lies with Ozzie and Bischotti, not Harbs.

keeping rosburg is worse than keeping cam.

To me in NE you have to go for it on 4th and 2 ft at the 2 yard line. You need TD's not FG's. Not taking a Time out when he saw his kicker was rushed. Greg Mattison was horrific and he would not have been fired. The ST were horrific yet we don't see a change there. You have to make changes when things don't work. Pees luckily is not like Mattison in his play calling style but loyalty is great until it kills your season like it did this year with S/T.

The idea that a team can somehow have a higher probability of winning the Super Bowl while making the playoffs less is ridiculous. It's not like Billick had a "go all the way in the playoffs" strategy that Harbaugh hasn't implemented. The fact that a WR holding onto the ball for a split second longer so strongly affects one's perception says it all.
