It's a big year for Orakpo. He has to stay healthy and play at a consistently high level. Otherwise, I'd rather keep Jackson for value.

Losing Jabar Gaffney, John Beck, and Donte' Stallworth definitely crippled the season, imo.

An investment firm whose sole method of picking stocks/funds is asking rnt and doing the complete opposite would literally be the wealthiest financial firm ever.

He is worth that much just for his awesome mouth guard alone.

I think with how little rookies make, we'll be fine. Can use a pick on ILB, CB, FS, WR, and then find a RT in FA after we've cut hall and restructured a guy or two.

I just hope we're not back loading these contracts too much, want to be free to spend next year

Could go one of two ways.

1) Make general announcement about how the cap/cap penalties are going to force us to cut some guys we would rather not, but then announce the specific cuts 5 minutes later so they don't have to take questions about it.

or 2) Make the announcement of the cuts en masse. They took this approach in 2010 when we cut Randy Thomas, Rock Cartwright, Ladell Betts and others.

I think we'll see option 1 today- a general presser where Shanny holds things close to the vest.

A troll's troll.... I was quite pleased when he got canned from his radio show a few days after whining/trolling about how empty Nats park was on a 30 some degree weeknight.

Plus he was pretty much Gilbert Arenas' mouthpiece for years, and hes a transplanted NYer posing as some sort of lifetime Washingtonian.

So Dixon I'm going to need an address for the celebration.
