yeah someone break down this power play for me. I don't understand it. I watch Lecavalier blast open shots at Vokoun yet we can't even a clean shot off save 1-2 from Semin. Is it the setup or puck movement? It's miserable to watch

TB has no problem setting up Stamkos for a one-timer at the top of the circle on the PP, but inexplicably the Caps have had AO on the point the last two years, going on three.
While he leaves a lot to be desired and I wanted him gone yesterday, I'm not sure this is BB's fault anymore. This group is uncoachable. Short of Brouwer and Ward changing the culture in the room, this movie is gonna have the same ending. They'll probably flip over to the dark side.

just got back from the game...the bronx cheer for Voukon was something I did not think our crowd had in them....Voukon bouncing back in the OT showed a lot of character...he must not know if he is with the Caps he must just quit...
Chimera, Ward, and Brouwer all over the ice...nice to see...
Johannson > Backstrom right now...
Halpern looks good coming back from the injury...his speed really surprised me...
Why is Schultz on my ice...i have confidence in the other 5....love the confidence that Alzner and Carlson are playing with...
Like others....I have seen this movie a hundred times...I know how it ends...
But until then...beat f]$(&$#(& Pittsburgh

I know they didn't score, but I didn't think the PP looked half bad for the most part. The first one was dreadful, but later in the game they were really putting pressure on the net and getting some pretty good chances.

Have to remember that Tampa has a ridiculously good PK group. At least they did last year. Hard to look good on the PP against them.

The PP was pretty good last night I thought. A ton more movement so far in the first two games. And on the 5-3's they have a very useful play that I have never seen anyone run before. I love the Ward, Brouwer, and Halpern additions. Ward is incredible on the wall, he never loses a battle. This team is so much deeper than the last two years teams. Ward Brouwer Halpern Mojo is such an upgrade over some of the Flash Fehr Gordon Steckel garbage of years past.
