Caps never needed an overhaul, they need pieces. GMGM just has been really shitty at getting the right ones. I think (hope) this one will work out

You give up some youth but Eakin wasn't HOF or anything anyways and you get a good assist man down the middle, had 43 last year. I hope the Caps somehow get two more points producers up front out of this draft if Semin's gone.

dream scenario now is grigs/forsberg at 11 and dirt nasty zemgus at 16. You build down the middle and getting two highly rated centers would be amazing
