I dont know. I hope he doesn't bc that would probably kill the Citeh deal. But the CL is important and the squad is so thin right now he might have to.
There are reports that Lille and Arsenal have agreed on a fee for Hazard, but only if Arsenal move on to the group stages. Same goes for Zarate from Lazio.

Is it possible, as crazy as it sounds, for Liverpool to receive Fenerbache's place if Arsenal get taken out today? Their UEFA coefficient is higher than FC Copenhagen and if Arsenal gets knocked out there would be only 3 English teams. Opening a spot for a 4th in Liverpool. It almost seems too far-fetched right? But Liverpool is way up on the UEFA team coefficient rankings.

Liverpool is high up there in the coefficient rankings, but given Arsenal are even higher in the rankings, I do not see Liverpool getting that spot. And since Liverpool did not qualify for the Champions League at all, I think it's more likely the highest coefficient ranked team that qualified and was eliminated is put back in (Arsenal if they do not go through, Copenhagen if Arsenal goes through.)
