Gonna be tough, Pirates have been really hot lately.
Interesting to see who the O's DFA tomorrow to make room for Roberts and Soler.

I used to go to DW and Host Inn (across the street) as a kid. I could have sworn it closed a long time ago.
Anyway, if our pitching can't have some decent outings against PIT, we never will.

I think he'll get to balls just fine. I think his arm will be average to poor. OTOH, it will protect him from contact.

I don't think that can be an issue. He's not had an issue diving for balls or turning DPs in the minors. Andino is better suited to play LF or 3B as needed. If Andino starts against any more RHPs, something has gone terribly wrong.

I don't think he needs protection. He's been diving around the infield for weeks/months now. If it was a legit concern than they would've had him in the OF from the start for rehab.

In reality, he shouldn't be playing at all if they have to try and avoid or limit contact. It's nice that it hasn't been an issue.

I don't think he needs protection...but I'm just trying to think of why Buck brought up the OF as a possibility.
It will be good to have him back regardless. Even if it's just for his bat.

Lincoln and Correia are definitely the Pirates' two worst starters. Our offense is starting to come around a little, though.
