  • so, Elijah Dukes got arrested again. Got pulled over late in the night/early in the morning for a traffic violation, had a bag of weed in his lap tried to eat it ... the cop was like naw dawg, and then noticed a blunt in Dukes ear.

  • So, let's talk more Nats. Can't remember if it was mentioned here or in a Boz chat, but, assuming it'll be cold in Chicago and New York to start the season, do you save Strasburg for the home opener on the chance it'll be warmer and to protect against injury?

    I personally think that's a crock of shit and will be disappointed if he doesn't get OD, but the people are talking about it. And, by God, we need to talk about something, even if we've already talked about it.

    He might be on a pitch count (100 pitches could get you to about 7.0 IP in a well pitched game) but I doubt they will keep him out of cold weather games.

    Wouldn't he possibly be #2 behind JZ regardless?

  • I don't think either Strasburg or JZ are #2 (at least order-wise). They'll put Gio between the two since he's a lefty.

  • Interesting that they took the Phillies games out of the flex plans. Not sure if that's because they sold out (unlikely) or if they didn't like that some Phillies fans were using the flex plans to get around the local selling.
