The Lakers will get better as the season goes along. But as a long-time Laker fan I have to say this team is seriously overrated... the lack of speed and Princeton offense not being a good fit for this group concerns me in particular. Kobe and MWP are overrated defenders at this point in their careers. Dwight Howard is nowhere near 100% judging from the game last night. Not sure what some Laker fans are thinking saying this is a 60+ win team for sure... hope I'm wrong but don't see this team competing with Miami or OKC for a championship.

On a lot of the cable systems they are showing ALL the NBA games for free though Sunday. Jeremy Lin and James Harden are playing very well for the Rockets against Detroit. J.Harden looks REAL happy now because he no longer has 2 teammates taking 25+ shots per game.
Dion Waiters and Harrison Barnes should also be top rookies this year, both will start and should get a lot of shots.

Davis has looked really impressive. Vasquez has done a great job controlling the tempo. The Hornets had trouble when he went out and Rivers took over the PG duties.

yes, he took 3 shots in one half.
Quite the ballhog...
What they want out of Rivers right now is to spread the floor, move the ball around, and help set up his teammates while learning the system.

GV's looked great. And he's cut down on the turnovers, which is huge. If he keeps it up, he might just make me even happier for grabbing him on my fantasy league team!

just for the record, even without Bynum, the Sixers will be more fun to watch than any sixer team since the Iverson days....
tonight was awesome.....even more awesome to watch that pos Iggy do what he does best..........5-13 ; 0-4 from 3pt........claning every one and almost killing people in the process.......
so glad he is gone.....good player, nothing more.....
