My biggest problem with big LeBron fans is they often saw any criticism about what he did as "hating" (at least the ones I know). Before this run, there were things you could criticize and I don't mean be Bayless about it. He settled for too many jumpers at times, he hadn't developed a reliable post game, etc. He was the best player in the league but there were things he could do to help his team win a title and he did that. Magic was criticized after 84 even though he had a ring, Jordan basically averaged 36/7/7 in the playoffs from 88-90 and was criticized before he won the title. We expected him to be on that level. Superstars are expected to win in this sport. I don't know if that's all entirely fair but that's the way it is.

It's insane that some of these so-called "experts" are already looking to the future and LeBron-Jordan comparisons as if LeBron will get even close.

Last night was Magic's finest moment as an analyst (not that there's many to judge from). Jon Barry tried to say he was getting to that level right now and Magic shot him down as the ridiculous notion that that is.

The right way being that you suck for many years, get high draft picks, and build the team yourself.? The wizards have been doing that for years and haven't got close.
Maybe the Heat should have a better farm team? Or go the other way and get a cast of lovable orphans that are all terrible except for one that has a glimpse of talent, then have a montage of training clips set to "you're the best" where they all get better together, and then go on to win the championship?
Seriously, I am tired of the haters saying Lebron is a terrible human being or that the heat bought their championship. For the former, Lebron has made some bad decisions, but by all accounts, seems to be an upstanding citizen. Fine, rip apart some of his comments after last years loss. By the way, he did apologize, saying he was immature and frustrated. And the decision, while definitely the wrong way to make the announcement, did help raise millions of dollars for the boys and girls club. All I see from Lebron is that he plays hard on both sides of the court, and has trust in his teammates, which proved to be big this year with all the B players making big contributions. The guy is fun to watch, and people are going to miss out on enjoying an potentially top 5 player of all time because of their stubbornness. Yes, I know it is still early, but he has shown he is capable of it.
And as for buying the championship, if that was the case, why did they not win last year? It shows that you need more than talent to win, you need chemistry. The heat figured it out this year. Remember, Jerry Jones and Snyder recently have tried to "buy the championship" in football, and that has not worked out well for them.

BTW, a buddy of mine dated her when she was Rachel Alexander at WaPo and that statement is partially correct.
