Resurrecting this thread because I have no idea what I'm doing.
Essentially I want to bet on certain things in soccer games which I am pretty comfortable (based on tons of historical data) betting on. What site should I use? Bwin?

I've used BetOnline and have been paid out quickly every time but I heard some scary stories from RealityGlitch regarding BetOnline.

Thoughts on game for the first week? CFB is not my main betting arena so I'm holding tight til bball season, but I might throw some money in the account for some fun.

I'm surprised this is so quiet, I remember this board being pretty active and successful at CFB. Maybe just getting the feel of things through the first week or two.

The first week usually has the best lines for players, IMO. Anyone have a feel on the Clemson-Auburn game? I really want to take Clemson but I've held back knowing their propensity for shitting the bed in big games.

Going 3.5 units on Alabama - 13 (vs. Michigan). 1 unit on Alabama/Michigan under 45.

i took all my money out of my accounts online from the scare of shutdowns months ago (near college hoops season). i cleaned up when i was in vegas though, betting on anything and everything (under in nhl playoff games, sure why not).

Also on VT/GT Under 48.5. The usual first game struggle for VT as we lost pretty much everything on offense. Our d returns almost everyone and we have one of the best and deepest DLines in the country. Let's see if my VT football record can come close to my VT bball record...

so i did a sweetheart 13 pt teaser, got vandy +20, SC +6, uconn -8 and ucla -3. 1 unit -110

Sure. I'll send out an email early in the week with the lines, then you'll have until the first game kicks off to submit 5 picks. Each week I'll update a Google docs spreadsheet so people can see the standings. At the end of the regular season, most points wins. Figure we can do payouts for 1st - 3rd.
