Our defense after RGIII gave us the lead with under 2 minutes to play was easily worse than anything that happened on the Trail of Tears.

There are no kings inside the Gates of Eden."
Just call them the Griffins.
I for one applaud keegs' continued effort to reduce dictionary size. Those things are way too heavy.
Count me in as someone who thinks its deplorable to use this name still. There isn't a person who can convince me otherwise.
This is why I'm an absolutist on free speech. For instance, I love when the KKK adopts a highway. We should stand there and document them while they pick up trash so we know who the bigoted idiots in our country are.
This thread is another fine example.
is cotton-pickin swamp gineau offensive?
There was an article a few years back where a group of Indians said they term "Redskin" was actually honoring them.
So there's that.
No, but grocery shopping in Texas is.
classlessthug: I have too much on my plate to worry about the fact that my junk intimidates some needle D undergrad.
people negotiate prices in that joint from what i understand. the store doesn't sway off their pricing, but people do it anyway.
my favorite racist products are Cheese Nips and the Whopper
The produce section at the one my mom goes to had so much crazy stuff you never see up here. Between that and the three aisles of Mexican food and another aisle for BBQ stuff I never knew I could have that much fun in a grocery store
"Maryland football: Where everybody gets hurt and the starting left tackle has an existential crisis."
ubangi lipped - offensive?
flat-nosed tap dancer?
...and search youtube for "australian steel wool"
This story is hilarious.
tldr version - Dan Snyder's TV show on Comcast touts an authentic Indian Chief who says he is 100% Native American who frequently called other Native Americans on the reservation "***skin." Turns out the guy is a complete liar and fraud. Not a Chief, never lived on a reservation. Only 25% Aleutian. Goodell propped him up to support his message to Congress defending the ***skin name.
Lately, the Washington Redskins are having a harder time defending the teamt hate the name, and to any Indian officials who are OK with it, too.

More and more Paula Deen like every day
One of the funniest things I've read of late. Dave McKenna still going after Danny.
My favorite quote, among many notable lines.
"When I told him that various groups representing Inuits and Aleuts in Alaska question the description of him as a "full-blooded Inuit Chief originally of Aleutian tribes," Dodson said, "I don't get into organizational things like that. We are a people and that's what we need to focus on, instead of dealing with non-profits run by Mexicans."
Best and brightest
Chad Cordero's awaiting his call to defend the name since he's a "chief".

amazing incompetence by the skins staff
Pretty funny that his middle name is "Dallas".
McKenna is awesome.
The Redskins should just change their name to the Chiefs. The Chiefs should change their names to Fagots. That way we can have a sports team called the Kansas City Fagots.
That story is SO Snyder. If you're not going to change the name, just put out a statement saying as much and leave it at that. Of course Danny has to go on the PR warpath where he fails miserably, per usual.
