Cooter Brown's is our best sports bar in town (it's at the corner of St Charles and Carrollton).
10:1 ravens fans here. Worried about tickets now.
Not sure how one correlates with the other, but w/e.
Traffic today was worse than I expected, though. May have something to do with the ratio you're seeing.
BTW, I may be heading down to the Quarter tomorrow night to hang out with some friends, grab some dinner at The Italian Barrel, and people-watch. Hope to see some of you folks down there.

The crowd tripled from Thursday to Friday
It isn't that there aren't a lot of 49ers fans, there's just an absurd amount of ravens fans here. I'm nervous most of them are doing what I'm doing and just trying to scalp on Sunday.
Any idea what channel the Terps game is on Direct TV or any luck finding a NO bar showing it?
Give Walk Ons a shot, though they did not have the CFB package. Could also try Archie Mannings place, and that is about the only two sports bars I know of since I've only been there twice. I bet there are more. Harrahs?
Actually just found it. It's on NESN direct tv channel 628, any bar with direct tv sports package should have it. Thanks.
Looks like Ravens fans are owning the town.
Plus, John Eisenberg gives his prediction for Super Bowl XLVII.
Market went from $1100 yesterday up to $1450 this afternoon, but it looks like it's pulled back to $1250 at the moment - although there are tons of Ravens fans without tickets roaming the Quarter
There could be a definite noise advantage for the Ravens tomorrow. Should also be a nice, loud "O!" during the pre-recorded anthem.
Got tickets in 304c (anyone know what the c means?) for face value, 1250 each.
Sounds like a pretty amazing deal?
Got them at the team hotel. Tickets seem legit but obviously still nervous. Would be a hell of a scam.
That's awesome WM I'm pumped for you (and extremely jealous)
If you take them to the ticketmaster nfl exchange at the Sheraton (4th floor) they can authenticate it for you
$1250 face ticket is a suite level ticket, I think
Ticket director at the dome sent me this message. ..... Club.... 304 is a split section. C is club. 304 without c is not

Seems to exist at least?
Means you get club access. Some seats in the 304 section of Superdome have club access, some don't. Been to Superdome numerous times - there aren't any bad seats in Superdome but you got some of the better ones, IMO...
I scanned the back of the ticket with a black light and the super bowl thing comes up. It also has the laser engraved date printed on, and the hollogram. If it's a fake ticket, the dude may as well be producing counterfeit cash. I was looking for a place today to confirm my ticket, but didn't see hungry hermans post until too late. Guess I'll find out tomorrow!
Awesome find WM. That should be pretty cool watching from club level!
when/if you get in, let us know, sounds good.
Has Alicia said she was lip syncing? Or are you just confusing her with Beyonce?
which one of you is this?
