Are you kidding me? This is the guy who had like a 13% 3P% in his career, then hit like 7 3's vs us in the final regular season game of the year.
Let's change the subject.
My favorite Dukie? Taylor King. Just chucking up ridiculous 3s which I swear he made at a like 28% rate when not playing scrubs. Dude would come in and its a guaranteed two scoreless Duke possessions.
"Maryland football: Where everybody gets hurt and the starting left tackle has an existential crisis."
did people really hate paulus that much?
I'm always surprised when people put Singler in their hated Dukies lists. Besides the fact that he was just damn good, there wasn't really all that much hatable about him.
I don't have much of a problem with Seth Curry. Guy is really, really good and doesn't seem to be a douche like most Dukies. This would probably be a different story if they beat us in CP this year, cause he was virtually unstoppable.
I'm not saying he should be on any national list or anything, but I really really really couldn't stand Darius Songaila in college. I'm sure having a bunch of my family go to Wake didn't help that.
Dahntay Jones not being on this list is insane..
The push up dunk he got a tech for was absurd.
Where's the hate for Shavlik Randolph? He parlayed a HS reputation and Duke "career" into NBA money based on no rational performance-based reason. He's the embodiment of the entitlement that Dukies, players and fans, feel is their due.
It's hard to hate someone whose presence in the lineup legitimately hurt Duke. I don't care at all how much he was paid.
In related news, I heard on the radio the other day that he led the Chinese league in scoring this year.
Not to derail, but Keith Jenifer deserves some mention at the ACC level.
I'm not gonna bother on too much editorialization here, except that it would take the biggest idiot ever to not notice that the vast majority of this has a qualification list of:
1) did the guy go to Duke?
2) is he white?
3) did he go to Duke and have at least one white parent (between criteria 1 and 3, this covers the entire Duke bracket, BTW)? and, for leftovers,
4) was he a good player for a good team?
It's the ultimate pandering list for hits from Duke-haters and self-loathing honks.

He treated Liberty like they are Hargrave. I hate Seth Curry.
I thought I recalled him NOT getting a tech for that.
If Coach K didn't have his majority white recruiting policy for so long it definitely would have devastated the Duke region
Does it make K the best coach ever because of the fact that he won so much despite having the most white guys among the contenders? Does he get a special bonus for that?
I think he set out to prove it could be done, much to the joy of castesports.
Fairly redundant, no?
I know you could pick a million different Duke players, i get that, but come on how do you leave out Duhon and Chris Collins. Also, I realize this is ACC specific but I would have liked to have seen Josh Howard and Julius Hodge on there.
Yeah, an ACC only one could be pretty fun.
Could we count Sterling Ledbetter?
Pandering on the internet? NO WAI
