that still has a team in the playoffs....
Pic Sigs are for losers.
need a list of cities where people are allowed to make fun of Baltimore please
Five years in a row with a playoff win, when was the redskins last playoff win?
No, it's the city that REEEEEEEEEEEDDSSSSSSSSS!!
I will make a list and get back to you, but off the top of my head.....NYC, Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago and maybe San Fran. Dallas and Miami (sorry Wilbo, you don't actually live there) are also possibilities. You could throw in a cool city like Austin but a city without a single sports team really can't say much. I may have missed a couple but that's generally the list.
Yeah DC can never make fun of Baltimore.
See: War of 1812.
that list is awfully light. Are we being honest with ourselves about the city of Baltimore?
Baltimore is definitely a top 10 city in the country when you take sports into account. I mean, all those championships!
I mean, are cities like Atlanta clearly more enjoyable than fun that Baltimore? Maybe, but maybe not. You could throw in places like Nashville, but once again, is that clearly a better overall city? Is it clearly significantly better?
It has nothing to do with championships, but if you want to mention that, it's not like they rank that poorly in that category. 3 World Series plus some NFL titles as well.
Wait, this "Baltimore is a top city" bit is real? I thought it had to be mid-level trolling.
Between baseball and football Baltimore has a good number of championships probably similar in number to Pittsburgh.
okay I've done the work since I don't trust charmcity, here's what I've come up with.
First, four sport cities are automatically better. Don't have hockey or basketball Baltimore? Shit not even MLS? Yikes.
- New York City
- San Francisco
- Washington, D.C.
Second, the city of Baltimore's most recent championship was back in 2001. I think cities with more recent championships have the right to talk down to the city of Baltimore too based on WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SUPREMACY.
So based on that:
- Tampa Bay
- Pittsburgh (congrats neal)
- Indianapolis (plus they stole your franchise)
- New Orleans
- Green Bay (pretty limited talking-down-to market)
- San Antonio (NBA)
- St. Louis (MLB)
- Raleigh (hockey)
- and I'll even throw in the whole state of New Jersey for the Devils
so if you're from any of those cities, Baltimore fans can't really say much back so have at it
So, you actually think that Baltimore is a great city even without sports? Btw, I have nothing against Baltimore.
Guess you have to keep your mind off the game doing busy work when your team loses.
Pat would be really good with some fries right now.
For a family day trip, baltimore is in my top 10 easily (us only).
Fort McHenry/acquarium before a ballgame is the perfect day.
Dc is the nations capital, different level.
and I didn't even toss is CLEARLY better cities like Atlanta and San Diego
lol pat getting worked.

Pat stealing souls. I'm sure Blast games are a fun time!
Detroit Hustles Harder
I don't need to listen to some donk ASU undergrad and his Pittsburgh sidekick to know whether or not I like my city.
On to Denver! LEGGO
im sorry i was confusing...your "Superbowl" was the Redskins losing since you know that the Ravens cant win it all.
