classlessthug: I have too much on my plate to worry about the fact that my junk intimidates some needle D undergrad.
Hogs or skins, hell call the fighting whiteys
I'm moderately against changing the name but wouldn't lose any sleep about it if it did happen. The email was more me hating the Post and most of its writers than anything else.
I don't know if this has already been said, or discussed. But I just found this
"Griffin will end up rehabbing both knees because surgeons were forced to use a patellar tendon graft from his left knee in order to fix his right. He tore the ACL, LCL, and partially tore his meniscus in the right knee. Per PFT’s source, the 'biggest concern' is with Griffin’s knee cartilage. Due to two knee constructions and ultimately three surgeries since 2009 at Baylor, there is concern 'about how much (cartilage) remains and how long it will last' in Griffin’s knee(s). A potential end result could be a bone-on-bone condition, which can lead to microfracture surgery and/or shorten a football player’s career."
Balls to the wall
Lets load up on extra ligamenty 7th rounders, just in case.. That's what I would do
No terps obviously

I think it's kind of unrespectful- Ovie
I've totally changed my thinking on this.
My worst-case scenario is that he comes back completely the same.
Face it, we've become the Lucy-holding-the-football-for-Charlie-Brown of franchises. That should be our logo if we ever have to get rid of the Redskin.
Be honest: even if he comes back and performs just the same at the beginning of next year, we're all going to be holding our breath every play. And the minute the collective feeling is that he's actually, really back for good -- five games, ten games, a full season and a half -- is when he goes down for good. He'll never have a reasonably full career at the level we saw him at. Everyone knows that in their gut. I don't care what any doctors say. Even if modern-day medical procedures will allow it, fate won't.
So just go with Cousins. We'll never have to worry about injuries because he'll be a decent, mid-level pro who's never that much better than his journeyman backup, so it'll never be that big a deal if he goes down.
Time to move on.
This is my new outlook, and it makes me feel much better.
Haha he basically said nothing. Good hook Boomer
On Wednesday, three days after re-injuring his right knee, Redskins rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III had surgery to repair the ACL, LCL and the medial meniscus. On Saturday, Dr. Neal ElAttrache joined 'The NFL Today' to offer his insights on the injury and what Griffin can expect in the short and long term.
Except he's not a run-first QB. But good take, idiot.
Might as well get all of this out there for non-sequitur Saturday:
THE READ OPTION WASN'T THE REASON HE GOT HURT
STRASBURG CAN STILL GET HURT
Give me Goldson or Byrd this off season please.
He can have a full career at the level we saw him play until the Ravens' game if he learns to slide instead of taking unnecessary hits. Besides, he isn't a run first QB; he is an extremely accurate passer w/ a strong arm who happens to have world class speed.
Am I the only sucker who has no interest in the playoffs? I probably won't watch til the Superbowl
Considering you missed one of the greatest games and one of the greatest performances of all time just today, yes you are a sucker.
a lot of times a bail on the playoffs when my team is knocked out but thankfully i didnt do that this time.
I was going to see Zero Dark Thirty last night and started laughing hysterically as I listened to Rocket Ismail go NUTS on the radio after A.) The holding call that led to the last Manning TD and B.) The Jones TD.
One of the funniest/best radio broadcasts I've ever heard. Rocket was FURIOUS after the first one, despondent after the TD, and elated after Jones scored.
And good for Torrey!
"And I try to har-mo-nize with songs the lonesome sparrow sings...
There are no kings inside the Gates of Eden."
I think you mean Qadry Ismail...aka the Missile...aka Raghib's brother
I've been telling myself all week I won't watch the Seahawks game but it's nine minutes until kickoff and I'm bored as hell so we'll see how long that lasts.
The Seahawks are fun to watch, why wouldn't anyone want to watch them?
It's not about wanting to watch. It's that they are a bunch of bitched and their fans are miserable.
“Route 1, where everybody meets.” ~Nick Faust #5
Lol so bitter
Go away little troll.
I don't understand why you would hate the Seahawks. They're not the ones who hurt Griffin's knee (Ravens) and they're not the ones who kept putting him out there with one leg. That would be Shanahan and Griffin himself. So direct your hatred where it truly belongs and stop being a bitter simpleton.
Let us know when you're done.
So...who are we allowed to hate, StrO? We truly value your opinion on this.
