Manziel could go next year as a RS Soph. But he isn't an elite QB prospect. Honestly, Russell Wilson this year probably made Manziel a lot of money.
I would be shocked if Clowney didn't go #1.
What blew my mind was when they lined him up as a RB. The dude is 6'7" and fast so why not, I guess. His team should have gotten a taunting penalty for doing that to the opposition.
If Clowney doesn't go 1, then the GM(s) who pass(es) him over should immediately be fired.
Read my writings to nobody in general:
Agreed, but it's hard to say a non-QB is a #1 lock.
I mean, Akili Smith was drafted ahead of Javon Kearse and Champ Bailey.
I have full confidence in several teams being dumb enough to pass up a sure thing because he's not a QB.
Manziel won't even be a first rounder.
That video is like Forrest Whittaker in fast times....post car theft.
Im ready for aa 5th of vodica to end my feels.
It's probably not a stretch to say he could have been on an NFL roster after his junior year of high school. He's a manimal.
This is like when I used to create my own player in Madden who was 7 foot tall and 99 for every attribute
If he has another year like the year he had, he will be
Is he going to grow 3 inches in the offseason? He's basically Russell Wilson.
That was awesome. Some of those plays made me legitimately laugh out loud. Spurrier must watch that thing like porn.
so he's basically a good NFL qb?
im sorry i was confusing...your "Superbowl" was the Redskins losing since you know that the Ravens cant win it all.
He was the #7 DE in high school? Who the hell is was ahead of him.
And that's a bad thing because ...
7 is his jersey number, not his ranking.
eamhokie94: Is your name Nazi in pig Latin?
That was and is his jersey #
He was the consensus #1 recruit overall
Correct. A good NFL QB that won't be drafted in the first round, which was what I was responding to.

Viper is telling me that Melvin Ingram is better.
The Redskins (pre-RG3) had entire seasons where they didn't score as many TD's as Clowney in that video.

From Wiki: For the 2010 season [senior year of HS], Clowney had 162 tackles, 29.5 sacks, 29 tackles for loss, 11 forced fumbles, 6 fumbles recoveries, 43 quarterback pressures and five defensive touchdowns.
The nfl is not going to make the same mistake again
Russell Wilson made him a lot of money
If Manziel has the same year next year he goes top 10. I understand how tall he is, doesn't matter.
#7 was his jersey number. IIRC he was the top recruit in the class
He was the consensus #1 for his year, and Rivals called him the top college prospect of the last ten years, ahead of Adrian Peterson. He should absolutely be the first pick in the draft next year - he's a sure thing can't miss prospect who has the potential to be one of the best defensive players in nfl history.
