Having an argument with an African American "friend" and need your help.
30-11 gets them to 40-42 which could/should be good enough to sneak in. I wouldn't consider it likely by any stretch but its not as outlandish as it might seem on the surface. They're a completely different team with Wall back.
Id be very surprised if they go 30-11 that would mean over a full season they are a 60 win team... highly doubt they make the playoffs.
Pic Sigs are for losers.
Terps will win the ACCT this year

No thats about as outlandish as they come.
Tell your Lakers friend no
The reaction to the Wizards winning a few games is exactly like the reaction to a forecast of 6" of snow at the Safeway. Make that overreaction. They are the Wizards, they still suck beyond belief, and the last time I checked John Wall is not Magic Johnson.
No chance, they are in a huge hole.
They'll come close but will fall 4-5 games short. Cleveland may have a better shot. Kyrie Irving is playing out of his mind right now.
Sorry for the formatting. My home computer isn't as good as my work one.

you obviously don't watch the wiz, and especially since wall has been back.
they aren't a 60 win team period. and by saying they are going 30-11 you are saying they are.
there are like 2-3 60 win teams a year.
right now there are 4 teams on pace.. the heat, the thunder, the clippers and the spurs.. guess when we think elite we should throw the wizards in that group of 4
Venti is right for once. Hell no.
37 wins gets you in most years. I don't think it impossible. Saying the Bullets go 30-11 (or 27-14 to get to 37 wins) does not mean they are a 60 win team. It means they go 30-11 or 27-14 over a 41 game stretch. big difference. A 60 win team has the depth and talent level to withstand injuries, the Bullets do not.
Cavaliers playing a lot better too.
there are 4 teams who have had that record over a 41 game stretch this year. 4 teams... and they are insanely talented teams who even without 1 star would be very good teams.
If you are saying the wizards can go 30-11 you are saying they are better than those teams who are all at full strength.
In the NBA you lose games to crap teams, because those teams still have guys who get hot and light you up. You shoot bad for one night and you lose. you play a couple back to backs and another team is fresh you lose. Only the best of the best put up 30-11 records over any 41 game stretch and thinking the wizards are even a top 10 team in the NBA is laughable.
Thats some seriously faulty logic you have there.
It will depend more on what the Celtics do. Even if the wiz went 30-11, the Celtics could still be a .500 team. If the Celts lose 45, then of course there is the whole false hope theory. Realistically, way too big of a hole.
LOL 30 -11 the rest of the way???? Are you on drugs???
its more outlandish than it seems
I was at the time. I stand by it though.
aren't they in last place
Not any more! In 14th by half a game! Comeback trail
Detroit Hustles Harder
Not really. Its showing how absurd it is to think a team can go 30-11 down the stretch in the NBA. to go 30-11 in the NBA you need to be an ELITE team and at the very worst a top 10 team in the league. The Wizards are NEITHER.
stupid wizards will play .500 ball and draft otto porter
