Is this a realistic possibility
im sorry i was confusing...your "Superbowl" was the Redskins losing since you know that the Ravens cant win it all.
Skins have a better chance. Seattle, @Atlanta first two isn't so bad. Hard to see them winning @SF or @GB though.
Go away, KA!
Call me a relic, call me what you will,
Say I'm old-fashioned, say I'm over the hill....
Seattle and Arizona did it
Ravens beating both NE and Denver would be amazing.
Skins could potentially have to beat Wilson, Ryan and Kapaernick, three QB's who have never won a playoff game.
Of course they can. All either team has to do is win each of its playoff games.
As an unbiased fan, I think the Redskins absolutely have a better chance to do so.
As we all know highly unlikely but I'd actually give the Redskins the slight edge though perhaps the emotion from Ray's last run evens it out. I know it's been repeated a million times by Ravens fans but we really blew our chance last year. Here's to fluke runs by the local teams!
I got the shotgun. You got the briefcase. It's all in the game though, right?
Doubtful but not impossible. Ravens have next to no chance IMO
San Fran signed Cundiff today. Makes them a weaker team, I don't care how many Akers has missed.
I think the toughest potential 2nd round game for all teams is @Denver. Ravens can beat NE.
Of course, the NFL playoffs have shown that any team can make the Super Bowl.
I think the only real longshot is the Colts, because they aren't really very good, don't have anything they do exceptionally, have no playoff experience and have a rookie QB. The whole #Chuckstrong thing might get them a single win, but probably not much further.
The Bengals probably have the 2nd-worst shot, but you never know.
If they draw Denver round 2 then yea, I agree. But if Cincy wins I think the Ravens can ride some momentum into Mile High for the AFC title game assuming they beat the Pats.
Wtf? Its the NFL. Any team that makes the playoffs has a chance. Look at the Cardinals a few years back, or hell even the Giants the two times they won it recently, or the Packers in 2010. Anything can happen.
Far from likely though, especially for the Ravens. I think the Skins would actually have had a decent shot if RGIII was 100%, but as is idk
Truth but the thing is all of those teams can point to 1 thing that they did exceptionally well, even if inconsistent throughout the season.
Last year's Giants and their ferocious pass rush.
The 2010 Packers and their passing offense
The 2009 Cardinals and their passing offense
The Redskins have a dominant running game but not much else. They fit the mold of a team that is capable of doing this, though unlikely.
The Ravens, it pains me to admit, literally do nothing great. There is no one aspect of the team that you can point to and say that it could carry us to a Super Bowl. Impossible? No, of course not. All it takes is a freak injury to Peyton Manning or Tom Brady or something to completely change the course of the playoffs, but extremely unlikely.
If AlMo has 3 more games of God Mode in him, yes. He completely changes the complexion of the passing game and makes RGIII's legs even more dangerous (even if he isn't 100%).
"And I try to har-mo-nize with songs the lonesome sparrow sings...
There are no kings inside the Gates of Eden."
Thats actually a good point.
Fuck it though, none of those teams had the "Ray Lewis's last ride" factor going for em. Maybe there's a little magic left over in Baltimore from baseball season

I heard that Ray and RG3 just met with their colleague, God, and that this is going to happen.

Ravens fans are pathetic. We aren't nearly as beat up as we were a month ago. Most of our guys are back now. There is no reason we can't be that team that gets on a roll late.
Both 10/1 to make it on vegasinsider.com. Redskins 20/1 to win it, Ravens 25/1.

Denver would murder the Ravens in a playoff game.
The Ravens are great at special teams, but that's not really something that'll carry a team to the Super Bowl.
Realistic, sure, one of them could make it. I mean, all things equal, there is almost a 20 percent chance of that happening.
I don't think the Redskins are very good and they are due for a loss, but the NFC is wide open in my mind. There isn't a dominant team and every team has major flaws. The Ravens are getting healthy at the right time and looked much better against the Giants, but Denver and New England stands in their way. Hard to see either making it.
Team playing confidently and bonding together over shared adversity after 3-6 start + 7 straight wins + elite rushing game + talented and poised QB regaining his health = not very good and due for a loss
That's my CharmShitty.
