Yep, pretty much. Game 5 was the game they had in their back pockets after stealng it. They let it get stolen back from them.
In this game the Caps really needed to get out of the first period, and definitely the first 10 minutes not trailing to keep that crowd out of it. Playing from behind in a game like this is tough to do.

Good series. I'm sure Caps fans feel they gave it away. Lundqvist also had something to do with it. Besides this game it seemed the Caps always had the better scoring chances and the King did what he could to keep the Rangers alive. Holtby seems to be legit. Should be fun the next few years to see Kreider vs Holtby.
