    And we'll have to hear about 200 million dumbass motherfuckers infuriatingly say "how could you not just punish the individuals involved! The poor current athletes and the poor students and the poor local businesses who depend on the football program did nothing!"

    50 million fine
    5 year bowl ban
    loss of 10 scholarships for 3 years, 8 scholarship year 4, and 5 in year 5
    restriction to B1G games only, with no chance for post season
    all other sports on probation

    3) BOWL BAN TIL 2015

    4) NO FOOTBALL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 2013

    5) ALL CURRENT PLAYERS ON ROSTER ALLOWED TO TRANSFER WITH NO PENALTY

    6) NCAA CLEARINGHOUSE TO EXPEDITE AND ADMINISTER ALL TRANSFERS

    7) SPECIAL NCAA DISPENSATION THAT PENN ST FOOTBALL PLAYERS WHO TRANSFER, WILL NOT COUNT AGAINST SCHOLARSHIP LIMIT FOR GAINING SCHOOL

    8) LOSS OF 8 SCHOLARSHIPS PER YEAR BEGINNING IN 2014 AND CONTINUING FOR 5 YEARS TO 2020.

    I don't know how valid this is because I understand no death penalty and that would preclude #1 just saw this on another site...

    9) BEGINNING IN 2014, OPTION TO DROP DOWN TO DIV 1AA WITH NO PENALTY, AND THE RIGHT TO RETURN TO DIV 1A AFTER 2020.

    10) WINS AND RECORDS BACK TO 1998 WILL BE VACATED

    -no OOC games
    -loss of wins since '98
    -2 year TV ban
    -3 year bowl ban
    -15 scholarships lost per year for 3 yrs.
    -player transfers without limitations

    fines dont worry me
    B10 should kick Ped St out of conference
