What is Teddy going to do when his precious sellout streak ends tonight? Or will he artificially say it is a sellout even though there are plenty of tickets still available.

He'll obviously lie
With so many left on stub hub and the ticket exchange there is no way he sells the few hundred seats left on the team website at full price.

Wolski to top line. Mojo relegated to the 4th line and is the first guy officially in Oates' doghouse.
And Matt Perreault may or may not have asked for a trade. Fun day in Montreal so far.

Interesting analogy as Oates was extremely well thought of as a top assistant coach.
(FTR I think Oates is the least of the Caps problems, and will be fine as head man)

Can't blame Oates at all, it's just not a good team.

It's all on GMGM. People like to blame Bruce, but his system is the only reason we were so good to begin with. In the president's trophy year, Jeff Schultz, Shaone Morrissssssonnnnnnn, and Tom Poti were our top three defensive defensemen.
It's insane that we didn't swing even one trade or FA signing for a real defenseman in that period.

I think the biggest dagger of Game 7 vs Montreal wasn't the garbage disallowed Ovechkin goal, but Chimera missing a lay-up after we finally got on the board late. Go back and look at the last two minutes. Gargantuan miss. That was our one-outer that could have changed EVERYTHING.

Rangers lost in a shootout on the last day of the season that, had they won it, would have put them in and Montreal out. HOF Olli Jokinen with the decisive miss.

Three things are amazing there:
1) you can buy an SRO Season Ticket,
2) Whether you sit in row A or H in the upper deck center, the ticket is $49, and
3) The Row A and B prices on the glass are absurd.

It's funny to me that they differentiate attack and defend in the upper level, it really makes no difference up there. Mezz corner defend row J for $30 is so much better than Mezz center row J for $45 for example
