This is probably correct. 40 and you can get from place to place with sweats and a hoodie. 30 and you have to make serious adjustments to your wardrobe.

Low 60s is all well and good when the sun is out but at night time when you're sitting outside and drinking beer, it's gotta be a little north of that. Coltsfan was right in this thread, too. 75 at night with no wind is the whole reason behind living.

I say the same thing all the time. I hate the heat and being hot. For me, it's #3 when I start hating the weather (usually humid in this range, which is the real reason I hate this weather).

Easily 30-40. It's the difference between digging out your car from snow or it being rainy.

It's either 40-50 or 80-90. Both change the plans that I make. Anything else and my plans aren't changing.

I lived in Dubai for a year and a half. Hovers around 120 every day in the summer. Even though everywhere is air conditioned, you have to stop wearing blue dress shirts in April, because it shows when you sweat through them on the way from the parking lot into the office.

My first answer would be 50-60. In the spring, when I see temperatures 60 and above, I'm in a good mood, when I see anything below, I'm ticked.

That being said, I would be perfectly content to never have a day below 70 all year. Once it drops into the 60s I start having trouble staying warm.

Upper 50s to Upper 60s. Huge difference. The first may or may not be shorts weather. The latter almost always is shorts weather.

The cold doesn't become a factor for me unless:
1. It is accompanied by wind
2. It gets to the low single digits.

I love walking out of the house on a crisp, cold morning. That 20 degree air hits you and you know you are alive. It's better than a cup of coffee. You can feel the air come into your lungs.
