    greetings from a different location in the intertokes.

    I'm from another online community (charlotte 49er fans) that have also been following the exploits of Annette. We recently locked our thread after her recent health developments, but she's just so damn hard to quit.

    Earlier today, after a few random google searches of annette, chad, bowman gray and tottos, we discovered your thread and have been amazed that others exist that are as enthralled by her as we are. You've obviously been following her for longer than we have and that thread is damn near epic. just felt we needed to reach out to you guys to commend you on the work in these threads. Truly awesome stuff. Between annette and our mutual connection to that dick bag Delonte Hill, I feel like step brothers or something.

    unfortunately, Annettes story has taken a very real turn for the worse. Looks like she has lung cancer. She's apparantly refusing chemo or radiation but the doctors have convinced her to sign a medical poa over to her parents due to her "not thinking like she should", so there are probably some capacity issues at work.

    Due to the seriousness of this, it just doesnt feel right to continue on with the thread.

  • The thread is legit, but I have no idea why the link doesnt work. Maybe because we locked the thread? I have no idea honestly.

    We started it in May, but had been following her for sometime prior to that on our shoutbox (chat function basically). We thought we were the only ones. Obviously not.

  • after more reconnaissance, it appears the other lifeform is in its primal stages. a user named casstommy provides all updates to Annette and Chad with limited interest. I don't think they have any idea of (I LOVE YOU) ROBERT KELLY.

    A little backstory first...

    Annette is our protagonist, a hopeless romantic from a small town in NC. She loves facebook, Bowman Gray racing, her family, and listening to music on youtube and dedicating them to her friends and family.

    Then there is her son peewee. He's a racing and goat enthusiast. He's got big dreams of bringing that ol winston cup back to welcome!

    Michael is her troubled son. In an out of trouble with the law, he's got a wild streak no one can tame.

    Her dad (Pops) is full of timely and insightful advice she will never listen too.

    She has a stable of love interests that rotate in and out, most recently being Chad, Sam, and Robert. Chad is up next in the rotation and is her self described "rock", despite only meeting him 4 days ago.

I first learned of Annette through a coworker who had been following her after his nephew, cousin, or something had some sort of run in with one of her clan and it spilled over onto facebook. He was laughing uncontrollably one day at his computer, i stopped over to see what was going on and he showed me her profile. The rest is history.

    How did you guys find her?

    I think it's good for two groups to study something on their own and then discuss the topic to see if there was something we missed.

    Like, what are there thoughts on babies eating chocolate bunnies? 100 year old grandmothers decorated for Halloween? Pee Wee and his hats/goats/affection for Hooters waitresses?

    From their point of view, they are just now learning that she was run over. It's like they are watching Star Wars in the original order after we started with episode one.

  • does the posters coworker work in government?

    we're pretty clear on her backstory for the most part. We know about Robert Kelly and still keep tabs on him. We know about Annette being hit by a car by her ex. Pee wee and his goats are probably my favorite character.

    When I first discovered her (maybe around March), I poured a shit ton of time reading her back story to the point it started to creep out my wife. For the most part, we just documented the highlights in our thread and did most of the commentary in our shoutbox. You guys have taken it to another level though.
