tcc and I got a really shitty draw....last turn, both have 5 reinforcements while some have six, and each of us have one less territory to work with

There isn't as much reading material on this in comparison to diplomacy. I think I've got the general idea now. What do reinforcements do? /they reinforce/!

You would have to attack your partner first. It has to be a bordering "country".

It shouldn't be that big a disadvantage (re: 6 to 5) since for the first round everyone only gets 3 reinforcements. However going last is a complete :dagger.
