This is what I have. Let me know if you think something is wrong:
Titantic V2
5 teams of 2
Each player has 1 leader
one wild card per 20
trade-in based on card symbols
trade in time unrestricted
army placement at beginning of turn
2 bonus for card territory, placed on that territory
random territory selection
place initial armies
reinforcment: path
one fortification
enable large army stalemate avoidance
team turn order: alternating
allow fortification through allied territories
allow allies to view cards and trade them
allow one territory ownership change
skip inactive after twelve hours
borgify after two skips
borgify to neutral
