The chops are the equivalent of the beer in the sandwich competition or the plating in the gourmet cooking competition. It makes the mustache look better and "style" was one of the judging categories. The hair above the lip is still a mustache, and the Lemmy chops help out.

I sent a separate email at the exact same time as my mustache email to the IOC with my name, country, type of mustache (The Terp Swearengen), and the headline (hand-written) of the Washington Post website that day.
Is that good enough?

Don't worry even though TF22 probably isn't black, I have a pretty easy time picturing toogs as an angry old black man. Try it some time.

Obviously they shouldn't be DQ'ed. Penalized? Maybe.
But I really don't think there was any intentional attempt to deceive by either team and penalties by and large are stupid and make this stuff a lot less fun.
Which is why it was bullshit for toogs to penalize Brazil in the Hunger Games competition without warning.
