I'm not a captain but this negatively impacts those with jobs plus you have work filters that may block people from viewing needed sites for the hunt.

The online one first and foremost sounds fucking terrible. Secondly I think I have 1 government employee, 1 outside sales guy, 1 restaurant guy, 1 Keegs, and bk seems to not be available during the day either. I imagine a lot of teams have similar issues.

I'm not a captain, but I'm fairly confident that this would completely blow for team Niger. Work filters and general busyness at work would make this a pain for a lot of people.
