In. Over/under on how many pages through Nov 6?

Romney repeated the statement that Syria provides "access to the sea" for Iran, when Iran has its own access to the sea (the Persian Gulf) and does NOT have a shared border with Syria.

To continue a discussion from the old thread, there is so much administrative power in Obamacare that I think there's a lot Romney could do to undermine it or change it without a Congressional repeal.

It's based on ROMNEYCARE when he was governor of Massachusetts!

It may be "based on", but that's a minor statement compared to how far beyond Romneycare it went.

That's because two-faced Romney is against it after he was for it.

That is true, but once Romney is POTUS, he owns it. So whatever his actions are, they need to work or people will blame him. A lot of the bill is give and takes. You have the mandate to procure enough customers to cover people with preexisting conditions. Get rid of mandate, costs go crazy. You take the $716B out of Medicare hospital pays to help fill donut hole prescription drug costs for seniors. Give the money back to Medicare, and all of a sudden seniors are paying more for their prescriptions. Etc.

And Harry Reid and the Dems will make it their life's mission to blame every possible thing on Romney as it happens. He and his people would have to tread quite lightly on this issue, especially with no "replace" plan to speak of.

That title is reserved for the walk from the U-Haul parking lots to Scott Stadium in Charlottesville.

You expect us to trust a partisan hack like you?

Give us some specifics about how the two plans are different.

Employer penalty, opt-out, catastrophic vs. comprehensive care mandates, tax increases, no medicare cuts, 1% increase in state budget vs. federal budget increase, etc.

I mean, when Romneycare is 70 pages long and Obamacare is 2074 pages long, that's your first clue. How is this even a question?
