There are curtains covering the entire side of the main basement room, something kept knocking against the curtain noisily.

Still no power in my office in downtown Silver Spring. At this point, I think Pepco's disaster recovery plan is do nothing, make excuses, and stall until professionals from out state come here and fix the power.

Not to burst your bubble, but during the hurricane last year bge told me the power would be back "tomorrow" for 3 straight days until they actually got it back on.
