Yeah, it has been a couple of years in the making(or more).
But I finally finished it. Sent it off to the copyright office, and than submitted a manuscript to a freelance editing service. They start out trying to get top editors for your manuscript(and then work their way down).
Mine was sent to 5 who all have over a decade in the business and have edited at least 50 published novels. 3 of the 5 expressed interest in my manuscript, and I hired the one who submitted the best editing sample.
Sooooo-maybe by Christmas you may be able to read it on your kindle.
There is blood, fighting, slaves, kings, betrayal, thralls, and my own special brand of evil creatures. Also some sex. Cities are sacked and women weep as the victors claim the spoils of war.
