We've got 13 right now.
What are everyone's thoughts on deadlines and when to start? Does anyone have time restraints?
I'm thinking 10:00, 3:00, and 10:00.

For the nubs, here's a quick overview:
The game pits an informed minority (mafia) against an uninformed majority (civs). The mafia know each other and therefore know who are civs. Mafia are also allowed to communicate with each other during the course of the game. The civs only know their own individual identity/role at the beginning of the game. Civs win by eliminating all mafia. Mafia wins with a tie.
Each "day" the civs and mafia lynch a player by voting, and each "night" the mafia whacks a player by choice. The civs have secret 'specials' such as a cop, who can investigate players at night to try to ID mafia, and a Bodyguard or Angel who can protect the cop from mafia whacking, once the cop's identity is known. During the day, both civs and mafia debate who to lynch, who's clean, who's to be watched or investigated, etc.

No they don't. Otherwise most games would be over before they start since its usually somewhere between a 3:1 and 4:1 ratio at the beginning

Jtp, I was about two hours away from Rapid City last week. Extremely exciting drive down I-90 from Minnesota.

Can we sub-out the known Mafia problem of Scuds for KingMod Toogs? Would keep the numbers the same.
