Plowed through the four seasons pretty quickly, great show, can't wait to see where they go in season 5. The episode where they all decide to break off from the brits and form their own agency (think it was the season 3 finale) was so amazing.

They are going through all the seasons OnDemand right now. Last night, I watched the episode from Season 4 where Don wins a Clio award. One of the subplots was a flashback to Don getting his start at Sterling-Cooper because he tricked a sober Roger into thinking he had been hired when Roger was drunk. Awesome.
One of a signs of a great show is how the characters gain depth and texture without you even noticing. Mad Men does that so well. Think of Pete Campbell in Season 2 and how he was just a one-dimensional twit. His character has many more layers now, though one of them is still a twit.

I've pumped this on here before, but the Mad Men cover story on Rolling Stone (from last year or so) is a brilliant piece. It talks about how the cast relates to Matt Weiner in that they are a bunch of nobodys and cast-offs and b-listers who have come together and make an amazing product.
Apparently the actor who plays Pete Campbell has long hair and is totally opposite of the blue suit Pete Campbell.
