Frostburg is just beyond Cumberland. I don't know of a sports bar there, but it is a college town. If you push on, you have The Wisp ski area but I don't know the sports bars there either. But once you pass Cumberland either Frostburg or the Wisp would seem logical.

I don't think they have TV's but D'Atri's (I think that's spelled right) makes some really good subs and it's between Cumberland and Frostburg. Be warned that if you do not like Miracle Whip, they usually use that on their subs unless you ask them to hold it. Subs are big and good.

take the exit before cumberland (bedford) (the cumberland motel is right on 68) and eat at whichever restaurant looks reputable....there used to be a wood fired pizza place there (before that it was a microbrewery) (now a puccini's) which has tvs with the game on - i don't know if they changed names or whatever but last time i took that exit i ate in a ~200 yr old house converted to a restaurant and it was quite tasty for the cost...these are at the 68 exit, not miles away

There's only 21K people living in Cumberland, according to Wiki. But I talked to a buddy of mine who went to Frostburg and he said there's nothing going on there, and my best bet is Hagerstown.
