This is just going to make more and more kids walk down College/Knox/Hartwick at night looking for parties which is only going to increase the crime rate. At least in the bar they can somewhat see who's too hammered to get another drink. There is a huge amount of kids that walk down these streets now looking for a party since they can't get into Turtle. I don't think this will impact Bentley's/Cornerstone since they've been so strick on ID's ever since the stabbing
