Its really confusing to me why this show is popular. Its filled with the self-indulgent, cynical-without-being-interesting assholes I try to avoid talking to at parties. I am not positive any character actually enjoys life. Has anyone smiled or laughed at any point in two episodes. I guess that's the point, but why do you want to watch that?

I want to bang Allison Williams, mostly because she's hot, but also because I really want to make her admit that her dad isn't actually a NASCAR fan, that he only pretends to be so NBC News avoids becoming a target of conservative wrath.

I mean, I guess that it is realistic, its just not fun. I don't find it incredibly smart (unlike Curb), I don't like the characters and the entire thing just seems dreary and pointless to me. Its kind of the opposite of early Entourage, which was ridiculously dumb but at least it was entertaining to see people enjoying themselves. This is just a bunch of assholes shuffling through their self-absorbed existence with no redeeming positive qualities

nudity got written about because it's the pudgey one that's getting nude, as opposed to the standard dime piece nudity you usually get on HBO.

Flops bringing the truth. Feels like this show is trying too hard to be hipster and smart and winds up being boring and self indulgent in its boringness. Its like a poor mans How to Make it in America (now cancelled). #OWG
