Back in the day, Alex P. Keaton and Al Bundy were hilarious. I liked their inclusion. Not sure Cliff is the funniest from Cheers, though. Cosby also killed it within the 30 year time limit.

Stewie is obviously funny. He's not even close to one of the sixteen funniest of the past whatever years. Maybe if you had a strict one per show limit.

This list is a compromise between 3 people, but I def had Stewie Griffin in my top 16. I also had Ron Swanson as a 2 seed.

There was a long discussion about the characters on AD. The issue was picking one as a standout which we weren't able to do. I get the anger.

My list included Murray Hewitt and Chris Peterson which were both vetoed.

stewie griffin is like john wall. that show is just so unwatchably bad after the restart. and it's not like john wall isn't good at basketball but i wouldnt put him in the top 5 NBA point guards.
