Why are all the characters in the series potrayed to be so much older than what they are in the books? I want to see bad ass 15 year old Jon Snow.

Anywho...that episode was a little disturbing. Rapist in the cage, incest, and more baby killing.
2 questions that were probably covered in the show, but I'm misplacing....
1) Does the Night Watch guy leading the caravan north know Gendry is a bastard of Robert? I thought there was a conversation between he and Ned, but I can't remember.
2) Arya's wolf is still out on the road somewhere, right? Did it get run off on the way to King's Landing? Again, I forget.
Im ready for aa 5th of vodica to end my feels.

I think Arya's wolf got killed after it bit Joffrey early in season 1
Are we supposed to assume that the Iron Islands people are going to go after Robb Stark instead of siding with him?

Oh thanks for clarifying on the wolf issue.
And you don't have to tell me what happens with the Iron Island people, I'm just assuming since it sounded like they were ready to go to war to regain that guys "king" title, that they'd be going against the group that took it away in the first place (Starks).
Plus it makes logistical sense - if Robb Stark is currently beating the Lannister's, and the Lannister's also have both Baretheon brothers breathing down their necks, how long can they be expected to hold King's Landing? They need some other (not neccesairly allies) forces to battle their enemies.

So far as Balon Greyjoy, seems like he's more interested in revenge on the Starks than on necessarily "winning" his kingdom over the Iron Islands. So I'd imagine he's be more than willing to align temporarily with the Lannisters against the Starks.
My guess, Theon will end up betraying his "brother" Robb to please his father (thus negating his speech from episode 1 about Ned teaching him to be an honorable man).
