I found season 1 entertaining and a good part of that was the give and take between the co- hosts. Apparently, Canterbury lied/exaggerated his credentials and Discovery shit-canned him as a result. The doomsday preppers are none to happy about it. I'll likely watch tonight because
1. I don't think there is much else interesting on
2. See how it makes the show different
new guy about to drink piss
damn that sucks, I liked Dave and the sock guy is such a douche.
Yeah, I was a Dave fan. I thought he and Cody played off each other well. I find Cody fun at times and annoying other times. He's a stubborn hippie freak. The new guy just seems to be trying to hard. I never got the feeling Cody or Dave were acting. This new guy seems to be. I need to cut him a little slack though because odds were I just wasn't going to like anyone as much as Dave.
Any dude that slices open his own arm just to demonstrate that you can cauterize the wound by filling it with black powder and lighting it is a great American in my book.
I was pumped when I saw new episodes airing last night and then shocked and really disappointed when Dave wasn't on there. I definitely agree that he and Cody were a great match. I wasn't a huge fan of the new guy but I'd grown to like him a bit more over the course of the first two episodes. Dude is a beast if the stuff they said about him is true. I thought it was funny and ironic that they fired Dave for exaggerating about things but yet the new guy literally can't tell them anything about what he did.
The killing of the wild boar was a little over the top but for some reason made me lol.
